Timothy Bruck Jr.
Tim is a queer performance artist born and raised in Ulster County. With a Theatre Arts degree from SUNY Ulster, Tim began performing in drag under the name Pinky Socrates in 2014. They have always been involved in the local arts community, hosting events up and down the Hudson Valley including: drag bingos, story hours, dinner theatre shows, late-night dance parties, day-time brunches, Pride festivals, lip-sync battles, burlesque shows, birthday parties, roasts, weddings, fundraisers, and more. Tim uses their art to create safe spaces, build community support, and amplify marginalized voices.
Brent has worked extensively in the arts as a performer, videographer, and projection designer for 25 years. Originally from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Felker moved to another small river town (Kingston) in 2014 and began working at ASK in 2018. Initially tasked with marketing, he also worked to create a more robust Performing Arts program culminating in the ASK Presents curated performing arts series. When the previous Executive Director, Vindora Wixom, announced her retirement the Board voted unanimously to select Felker as the next ED. He is proud to work for the members of ASK in all artistic disciplines and provide a space for the community of Kingston to experience and participate in art and art-making.
James is an artist, musician, and graphic designer who has been designing professionally for 5 years. They graduated with a B.A. in Graphic & Interactive Design in 2016 and began working as a UX designer shortly after. Originally from Greenlawn, New York, James moved to Ulster County in 2019 and is grateful to be a part of the community. James' hobbies include drumming, music production, painting, hiking, cooking, and gardening. They also work seasonally building permaculture gardens around the Hudson Valley.
