Open Source Form classes with Teresa Smith, takes improvisational dance to a deeper more creative level! Guided by embodied imagery and using alignment studies, movement exploration and group improvisation, join this class which accommodates all levels.
Learn to Lindy Tues nights 6 – 9 PM. All level classes – register below!
Also known as Lindy, East Coast Swing or Jitterbug, Lindy Hop is a fun style of dance immensely popular since the 1930s. Whether you are looking for a new hobby, to meet new friends or are getting ready to dance at a wedding or event, swing is the most versatile and fun partner dance around.
