Artists Submissions!
Members Exhibitions
Exhibiting your current artwork (within two years) in our Members’ Shows is a benefit of ASK membership and is open to all current artist-level ASK members. ALL ART MEDIUMS except for digital moving images will be considered! Submissions take place six weeks prior to show openings to allow time for press/publication. Steps to submitting for MEMBER SHOWS:
- Become an Artist member/or renew your membership, if needed.
- Check the Events Page for monthly theme.
- Fill out submission form on home page or events page.
- Requirements: All artwork must be original and must be owned by artist.
- Be brave!

All artists are required to properly frame work to prepare for hanging in our shows. Please find our page of resources created by our Hanging Committee for your use: ASK Hanging Guide
Solo/Group Exhibitions:
The submission process for solo and group shows opens in June for the following year.
When the submission process opens, here are the steps to having your work considered:
- Go to ASK’s home page or events page to fill out application. https://askforarts.org/
- Be prepared with up to 5 JPGs of current work for consideration.
- Requirements: All artwork must be original and must be owned by artist.
- If curating a show, please note that you will be responsible for the organizational and logistical aspects of coordinating artists, delivering/installing artwork, providing promotional materials and rental payment.
- If doing a solo show, please know that you will be responsible for the organizational and logistical aspects of delivering/installing artwork and uninstalling work, providing promotional materials and rental payment.
- Be brave!
