JUNE MEMBERS Call for Art

Submission Period: April 1–April 16, 2026 Midnight
Exhibition Dates: June 5 – June 28, 2026
Theme: Art as an Act of Rebellion
Rebellion can be loud or quiet, political or personal. It can be protest, joy, vulnerability, or radical self-expression. This exhibition invites ASK MEMBER artists to share work that pushes boundaries, reclaims identity, questions norms, or celebrates the freedom to exist and create on your own terms.
Seeking work that explores how art challenges norms, resists oppression, and reimagines identity and belonging. Interpretations may include:
- Personal acts of resistance
- Queer joy and visibility
- Political or cultural protest
- Breaking social, gender, or artistic boundaries
- Reclaiming narratives and identities
Media
Open to a wide range of media, including:
- Painting
- Sculpture / 3D work
- Photography
- Digital art
- Mixed media
Please note: We are not showing nude photography or erotic artwork at this time.
Eligibility
- Open to emerging and established Artist Members
- Work should be created within the past few years
- Artists are encouraged to submit work that has not been previously exhibited
