Call for Art: Petals and Pollinators – illustrating between the bees

Exhibition Dates: May 2 – May 31
Call for Art Closes: March 15 @ 11:59 PM
Overview
This exhibition seeks work that examines the beauty, fragility, and interdependence of ecological systems — from the intimate exchange of pollen to the broader environmental narratives of climate change, habitat loss, and biodiversity. Artists are encouraged to interpret “between the bees” expansively: as a literal space of ecological exchange, a metaphor for collaboration and community, or a meditation on the delicate balance that sustains life.
We welcome submissions across mediums, including:
-
Painting

-
Patterns, geometry, and movement inspired by pollination
-
The sensory world of color, scent, and vibration

Themes of stewardship, regeneration, and reciprocity
At its heart, this show celebrates connection — between species, between artists and audience, and between art and environmental awareness. Through visual storytelling and imaginative inquiry, Petals and Pollinators aims to cultivate wonder, responsibility, and renewed attention to the ecosystems that quietly sustain us.
We look forward to seeing how you illustrate the space between. 🌿
