In this workshop from member Terry Murray, you will be introduced to labyrinths – their history and their use as sacred and secular metaphors and tools. You will also have the opportunity to walk an indoor labyrinth and reflect on this experience and its applications to your life.

We will explore moving as a route to thought. Through a guided sensory exploration, we will follow our bodies' natural progression from inside to out.
