Artistic expression and creativity are often considered to be an unpredictable gift from the gods. We tend to believe that art can only happen when the planets are aligned in some special way and we have eaten the right thing for breakfast.
What if you could ask yourself a few very simple questions, the right questions, and access infinite creativity? What if it were possible to gently and lovingly, while at the same time deeply and profoundly simply let go of all apparent blocks, obstacles, and resistance to your infinitely creative self?
Lester Levenson, the man who developed the Sedona Method was a visionary who recognized that the mind/body organism is infinitely creative. He discovered a way to gently, lovingly and successfully go beyond perceived limitations and old concepts within ourselves, with each other and the world around us. He developed a simple, easy to use process of self inquiry that supports the mind/body to effortlessly let go of fears, tensions, old concepts, old images, old sensations, old patterns of expression and behavior with ease.
Letting go using The Sedona Method allows us to see beyond ordinary appearances and to create and express ourselves in new and extraordinary ways. We begin to witness the creative process express itself even in the most seemingly mundane parts of our lives and we are inspired and changed by this.
All are welcome to join these twice-monthly groups anytime to explore how “The Sedona Method” can help us to access and enhance the creative process.
